Rory Hamilton aka Hammer's Remmah imprint welcome another rising star to its roster with  a new EP from New Delhi talent Sublime Sound (@anhadkhanna). 

A seasoned producer and DJ in the Indian music scene, Anhad Khanna has grown to be known as one of the most versatile upcoming acts from the circuit. His 2020 debut EP 'Final Call' and last summer's single 'Colour' marked Khanna within his homeland as an exciting name to watch.

2022 finds Khanna honing his craft yet further with his Remmah debut 'That Love Affair': five original tracks of emotionally driven club music conceived during the height of the pandemic, a period of heightened uncertainty for those living in India.

The EP kicks off with the title track followed by lead single 'Now We Are', with both tracks employing euphoric buildups, trance-inspired chord changes and the push/pull of a chopped-up breakbeat groove. The accompanying video for 'Now We Are' stars Basel vocalist Ellivia, and was shot in the singer's home city at the start of 2022.

Thumping four-on-the-floor cut 'I Can't Run' is followed by perhaps the most emotionally-charged track of the collection, ‘TheLessWeFeel’, before ‘5AM’ ends the EP's run of original tracks with the same vocal sample it began with, signifying the emotional loops people can find themselves in.

Rounding things off is the Hammer remix of 'Now We Are', adding new textures and dynamics to Khanna's expansive sound. Hammer: "I became aware of the vibrancy of the Indian electronic music scene on my first tour there, so it felt really natural for me to bring talent from that scene to the Remmah roster. I fell in love with the demos Anhad sent me, and what a privilege to be able to release & remix his music."

Hot Creations welcome back Fabio Neural and DJ Fronter who join forces once again for their second release on the label titled Ding Dong. Following on from their success with the first release, the eagerly anticipated second drops in May.

The title track opens proceedings, plunging straight into a heavy 4x4 beat, creating a stripped back, minimalistic base, expertly layered with finely chopped vocals. Fog horn like sounds and sharp percussion bring the piece together, resulting in a raw, industrial experience. Shocked follows, encapsulating the Hot Creations sound in true style, packed full of energy. Riveting bass lines paired with fan fare-esque melodies lay at the forefront of the track, transporting the listener to a bustling, colourful dancefloor. 

Fabio Neural threw himself into the music industry at an early age. His productions have seen him release on Steve Lawler's Viva Music and feature in Pete Tong’s 500th Essential Mix. His eclectic DJ sets have enabled him to share the stage with heavyweights such as Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin and Adam Beyer. Colombian native DJ Fronter, has become one of the greatest promises to come out of South America with releases often being seen at the top of the Beatport charts. He has captured the ears of the likes of Paco Osuna, DJ Sneak and Matthias Tanzmann and can be seen touring across the globe.
