Binaural Beats are two sounds with differing frequencies. Your brain processes the sound at a frequency equivalent to the difference between the two sounds. The frequency at which your brain processes the sounds synchronizes brain waves to a wave range, each of which promotes certain effects. Delta waves promote deep sleep, insomnia relief, pain relief, and healing. Theta waves promote lucid dreaming, meditation, and creativity.
