Tiago Freitas, known in the DJing as Buddha JR, as started His career in 1998 in high school parties and some private events. His first Great opportunity appeared in 2000 when he became resident DJ in “Cyber CafÈ”, a prominent bar in Funchal.
After that, he goes into the light-jockey world in the night club “O Molhe” where he shared the boot with Hernandez and many guest DJS , ex: DJ Dr Kucho. Subsequent to this, he was invited to work at scorching night bars such as “Tretas”, “Alpha CafÈ” and “DÛ F· Sol”. In this last bar he labored with Pete Tha Zouk, at the first part of the “Roland event”.
All of his talent was recognized by the talent seekers of an internationally known discothËque “ Vespas”. Therefore, in this night club, and in the year 2005 his career was launched:

In the Easter of 2005 the first Beach Party in Madeira Island took place in Calheta beach. There he played side by side with Mastergroove, Paul Sergy Far, Michael C and JOESKI. Following this event, VESPAS produced their 25 birthday party with the following line up: Celso Velosa, Buddha Jr., Paul Sergy Far, Michael C e DJ JIGGY.
At the third edition of “weekend dance” Buddha JR plays with FELIX DA HOUSECAT, Paul Sergy Far and Michael C.
In the famous event Equinox 2005 he makes part of the major line up, with such names as Michael C, STEVE LAWLER, etc.

After his massive success in VESPAS he had several invitations to perform  in the outstanding Club “Marginal”, to an selected elite of rigorous listeners, whom appreciated each and every performance.
		
Buddha JR high end performances in the best clubs in Madeira, led him to be resident DJ in “CafÈ do Teatro” in 2006. There he performs with national and international artists such as: LADY CC; DELICIOUS; PANTHA DU PRINCE; D.U.O; TÓ RICCIARDI; PUPPETRY; PEDRO CENTENO e GONÇALO SIOPA, Christian Prommer, Low Level Crooks, Freeform Five,  Rod di Port , Dj D , Deep mood, Dj Cosmo, Anthony Millard .

Besides Djing Buddha Jr. and Oliver Maier Created the "Crooks". Wining a worldwide remix contest by King Unique with “Sugarhigh”. Edited by the Curfew Records.
