Lex Boogie is one of the hottest up and coming Music Industry Executives. Her background in Sales, Marketing, and Business in the music industry makes her a force and an asset to the clients, companies and brands she represents. Lex is known for her knowledge, organization, negotiation and, execution; qualities that set her apart from many of today's music Executives.

Born Nikia Carter; raised during the pioneering of Hip-Hop. The genre birthed her love of music. From there the classics (Funk, Rock, R&B, Jazz & Classical music) came naturally. A B-Girl at heart young Nikki (Lex Boogie) stayed active by break dancing, playing basketball or beat-boxin for the MC's around the neighborhood.

With an insane passion for music came recognition in the form of an internship. Still honing and developing her skills, Lex got an opportunity working for programming at Radio One, Inc.

She began humbly in the Music Promotion Department as an On-Air-Personality. Also, she has experience in Media Sales & Marketing from her time spent working in advertising at the Post Week Media. Along with her professional career in Music and Marketing, she is a jack of all trades when it comes to the culinary arts and most recently, broadcasting a LIVE streaming internet radio show called, GNDRadio (GirlNextDoor). With creativity and vision Lex Boogie is opening doors and creating opportunities for Independent & mainstream artists to get their music heard, exposure and known around the world.

Not to mention, her media work on red carpets and interviews. Lex Boogie has worked with all of the rising DMV stars over the years, taking her notability to a global market place. That global notability caught the eye of startups and Independent Executive Owners. After much deliberation Lex confidently decided to join forces with MusicLive365.com (Indie Digital Distribution & Marketing) as Executive in charge of Talent Management.

One day very soon she'll be starting her own label. More recently Lex has taken a position as a Financial Consultant to provide Financial Education and opportunities to her people.
