The self-confessed Rahmaniac, Tiban is no stranger in the Tamil music scene. Having spawned various hit singles - such as Oru Kadhal Kadhai (2008), One Love (2009), Kadhal Nejamthaana (2010), Poche (2012) and Karaigindre (2012), it is only apt to say that this composer has a knack for melodious and heart-melting tunes. Born in Ipoh, his first single Oru Kadhal Kadhai lasted fourteen weeks at the number one spot on  Malaysia’s number one Tamil radio station - THR Raaga.

	While Tiban’s main objective is to elevate the independent Tamil music scene, he also worked extensively on projects related to television. Tiban’s musical scores speak beyond borders as his music has been well received by the Tamil community in Europe and United Kingdom - particularly in Switzerland and the boroughs of London. This is rather extraordinary for a Malaysian-based composer who has yet to set foot in those parts of the world. 

	Having spent the last few years building a fanbase and honing his skills, this eclectic producer who makes music ranging from modern Tamil folk to melodious rhymes is set to release his debut album - Priyam. This composer-based album can be considered as a culmination of the growth of the independent Tamil music scene as it includes artists from all parts of the Tamil-speaking world in a single album.

        Tiban's latest work is with Konjam Nadinga Saar, a Malaysian Tamil comedy film, which he composed the music. Tiban is currently working on several film and independent projects.
