Over clip  was born in 1978 in Hungary. As he was surrounded by music from the early age it's determined his addiction to sound. He met the real techno & experimental sound in the mid 90s.
He‘s music can be described as mood and emotional. Based on the roots of techno and electronica.

I am Elias Epp, musician and software engineer from Ulm (Germany). Seramind is my music project.

Curator of the Audioscenarion and Testexperiment podcasts.

Most of my stuff is ambient, techno or dub related music.
