Rachel Raw:

Rachel Raw is one of Germany’s breakthrough women of the moment. 
Over the time span of just a few months she went from playing in her hometown in mid-2018, to touring through Australia in
early 2020. Those one and a half years have been a skyrocketing journey for sure: Rachel has played in almost all of Germany’s top techno cities with her debut at Sisyphos just last year as one of the many highlights of her young career. She’s also traveled beyond the German borders with gigs in Australia, Greece, Switzerland, The Netherlands. It all began when Rachel met BOHO aka Lars Kohl, head honcho of Jannowitz Records, one of Cologne’s finest contemporary techno labels. Quickly they became partners - both in personal
and business life - and started working closely together. It didn’t take long for Rachel Raw to realise that there was a lot of potential in the musical energy that BOHO and herself created. She needed her own project: Jaw Dropping Records was founded, the Jannowitz sister label that - similar to Rachel’s career - has been a huge success from the beginning.
Jaw Dropping focuses on younger talents than the more established Jannowitz Records but has already published music by the likes of Nico Pusch, Rafael Cerato or Mr. Bizz. And it even sparked the urge in Rachel Raw herself to start producing original music. Her first ever solo track was released in late 2019 on Jannowitz Records & on has her debut at the
legendary German label by Oliver Koletzki Stil vor Talent.
In January of 2020 she debuted on her own Jaw Dropping Records and the feedback for her music has been overwhelming. Her tracks are being played all around the globe with all of the superstars supporting her music. This year, Rachel is releasing on Dark Face Recordings, Desert Hearts Black, Dark Face Recordings, Phobos Records, Complex Records, Natura Viva, and on Jannowitz Records again. So stay tuned - there’s more to come!

Lauren Mia is a Los Angeles-based classical pianist and composer-turned-DJ, songwriter, vocalist, and music producer. Lauren Mia began her journey with music production in 2016 as she became an up-and-comer worth watching in genres such as progressive house and melodic techno. Through her music, Lauren Mia is deeply in love with embodying healing, emotional, orchestral, and progressive sounds in pursuit of connecting people with themselves and those around them — it’s what she describes as an erotic journey through sound.
Since her debut, Lauren Mia’s mesmerizing sounds have made an indelible impact in the melodic techno scene. Across her diverse discography, Lauren Mia has released on notable labels such as Anjunadeep, Rose Avenue, Somatic Records, and more. Releases such as Puzzle Piece EP and Colours paved the way for Lauren Mia to become a new household name in dance music as she continues to receive high chart positions with each release. In 2021 alone, Lauren Mia made her Anjunadeep debut with “Lolo Graziano” on the label’s Explorations 16 compilation followed by her hypnotic Tantra EP via Harabe Records — additionally, Lauren Mia was tapped to remix Paraleven’s “Tidal Wave” and Formel’s “Matamata.”
Bringing her sound to a variety of audiences, Lauren Mia has performed in prominent venues and events around the globe, including Sound Nightclub in Hollywood, ADE in Amsterdam, Black Hole in Athens, Burning Man, Public Works in San Francisco, Carl Cox’s Babylon Festival in Australia, and more. With recent tour dates alongside Jeremy Olander and the Anjunadeep roster, Lauren Mia’s global presence only continues to grow stronger. Stereo MC's formed in South London 1985, by lifelong friends Rob Birch and Nick Hallam. After releasing a transatlantic top hit with their legendary single "Connected" and eight albums for Island Records, K7, Graffiti Recordings and Pias, they formed their own label Connected, based in Brixton and Cologne, to release their own material. Apart from touring as a live band, and with numerous releases (including collaborations with Adam Port, Anja Schneider, Yotam Avni and Terranova amongst others) Stereo Mc's also continue with their love of DJ‘ing which is an essential part of the connected label, and releasing run of cutting edge underground EP's, remixes and singles from artists such as Nandu, Aaaron, David Mayer, Re.You, Floyd Lavine, Kadosh and many more.

There is an ongoing debate about whether the traits that human beings carry through life are determined at birth as a result of genetic inheritance, or whether we are manifested because of the environment in which we are raised. Making a brief analysis of the history of Lucas Bittencourt and Ricky Raimundi, the duo behind The Primitive Soul, it is possible to say that their stories were catalyzed by the environment where they lived and they grew: the coast of Santa Catarina, more precisely in Balneário Camboriú. 

Individually they already have almost a decade of performing with music production and DJing, but the real turnaround happened even in 2015 when they decided to continue their artistic careers side by side, as a duo. They then mixed influences, references, experiences and ideas, shaping your current sound identity, a sphere that mainly covers the Melodic and Techno, originating from warm nights experienced at Warung Beach Club. 

The first results started to appear in late 2018, when they released “Deep In The Ocean ”, a debut EP signed by an independent British record label, GNE Music. Then they produced another EP, “Je T’Aime”, released by IN2U Records and, at the end of 2019, starred in VA “Morphe Vol. I”, by Kaligo Records, earning the track “NGC 4650A ”. Deep basslines and a haze are common to all bands. dense environment that creates an environment conducive to time travel. Armed with a vast musical repertoire and aware of the public's demand for something that goes in addition to the traditional molds, Lucas and Ricky have been building a profile that values the care and for the details of its sound aesthetics, characteristic of those who propel your name among the bastions of the underground scene.

I’ve been sitting on this for a week at first I didn’t want to upload or even type this, not looking for sympathy or anything just want to vent really and maybe bring comfort to anyone dealing with loss.
Losing a family member is one of the worst feelings especially an immediate family member so when it actually happened last week it was so weird. I didn’t feel anything at first, I felt at peace really knowing the last conversation I had with them was full of banter and laughs. Then I went to work as if everything was normal but after an hour a flood of tears started forming in my eyes which felt weird because I haven’t cried in at least 5 years (I actually feel dumb for typing this). I shut myself off from everyone and stayed in my room, music was the only form of therapy for me and that is pretty much how I made this. You think your family will be there forever so you don’t spend as much time with them and that is totally the wrong way to go about life, I’m actually pissed that it took a death for me to have this epiphany.
I chose the sample of “Will you ever know?” because that is what I asked myself when I sat in my room, Even though I didn’t try my hardest to make time for them until it was too late will they ever know that I still cared for them?
It’s ironic, I’m trying to work hard so I can be happy and spend time with my family but in order to do that I need to spend less time with them and be working.
This description is going on way too long lol but yeah, I know you and Grandad are watching from above so I’m going to work twice as hard for my family that is with me today.
