I know it's been awhile! I haven't forgot about you. Here's another original PSO track. I've upgraded my studio over the last few years, this is all mostly analog. I did use a digital sampler that was actually used on the original PSO soundtrack though.. so some of the sounds might sound familiar. Mixed down to cassette and blown out through VCA compressor. Chiptunes = WIN is a blog (https://chiptuneswin.com/) that covers most of what falls under the "video game music" umbrella.  They release compilations of chiptune music selected out of submissions sent to them.  Then, for each main comp, they get a different record label or collective to release submissions that didn't make the original + some new songs from the collaborating label's musicians.  Since DESKPOP's roots are in chiptune, we were more than happy to participate!  This compilation is an excellent showcase of what VGM has been, and where it could go.
