It's not perfect but I own the shit out of the imperfection. I was mixing on my laptop at Burning Man, on a mixer which was borrowed when our camp mixer had some issues .. and at the beginning of the set the owner of the mixer asked for his mixer back so that he could play a gig on an art car that was waiting on the corner ... 
So ChAo5 ruled the booth, while a sea of burners bounced and shook it all out for their fucking lives. 
I've edited out the moment of airspace after the Lacrimosa when we transferred mixers ...

In the pause between waves i invoked Bat medicine. The previous day a bat had dreamt directly above the animal altar at the edge of the floor, their feet hooked in the shade cloth and their head hanging down towards the dance floor.

Shamanic Death and Rebirth were the medicine the Bat delivered. So I invited the theme of Transformation through Obliteration. Holding on and giving shape to your best ideas, and then letting them go into the saucy weird unknown and inviting a version of yourself to shake through which is perhaps SO much better than your best idea of yourself ....

Big Get your Freak On energy.
BIG LETTING GO energy. 
We transformed into things so much wilder, wittier, creative and free than imaginable...
