They say we spread like plague— consume, expand, decay. They say we enter lands, strip the roots, then walk away. They say we’re just infection in a planetary shell. But that ain’t truth— that’s projection from a system built to sell.

A virus don’t feel. A virus don’t cry. A virus don’t bury its dead or ask why. A virus don’t build shrines to the place it was born. It don’t write songs when the forest is torn.

Yeah, we’ve done damage— but not from our nature. It’s the mindset we caught from the profit-maker. It’s the model that moves like a parasite swarm— extract, exploit, then abandon the form.

That’s not human. That’s business. That’s the viral code. Hijack the host, then hit the road. Communities rot when the money pulls out. But the people stay— they cry, they shout.

A virus don’t mourn. A virus don’t stay. A virus don’t plant seeds after it takes. But we do. We love. We remember the land. We build homes with our hands, not just brands.

It’s not mankind that’s viral— it’s the system we serve. It’s the mindset that curves our instincts to swerve. It’s addiction to growth at the cost of the soul. It’s the lie that extraction is how we stay whole.

They impose the economy, then tax the breath. They sell the land back after bleeding it to death. They call it development— but it’s just theft. And the people they displace? They call them a threat.

But we ain’t the virus. We’re the host in pain. We’re the forest in grief. We’re the soul in chains. And the cure ain’t collapse— it’s a shift in the frame. It’s remembering the earth ain’t a product to claim.

So don’t blame the species for the sickness of the few. Blame the system that taught us what not to do. We can heal. We can root. We can rise from the dust. But first we gotta kill the virus in us.
