On December 10th we celebrated 8 years dedicated to the sound we all love, deep, soulful Drum & Bass otherwise known as DEEP N BΔSS.  This set was played live at the Monkey Loft in Seattle and the vibes were thick.  I hope you enjoy my exploration of the deeper sounds of Drum & Bass.  Big ups to our crew, Rob Noble, Zacharia, Grym & Korra the Kid.

Thank you all for staying true to your sound and pushing the limits of what Deep n' Bass is.  Your sounds motivate me to dive deeper into this beautiful genre of music.

The 2Vilas co-founder and mastermind behind the sought-after vinyl-only edit series Get A Life and label COSMOS opens his new four-tracker “Funky Talks” with “What’s This Shaker” - a no-nonsense, groove-heavy weapon that instantly demands attention.

From the first bar, it’s clear Hessa knows exactly how to handle tension and repetition. The bassline hits with muscular precision - round, propulsive, and full of that kinetic bounce that makes hips move before the brain catches up.
