Since the age of 13, Jake Garthwaite (Jake Royale) formerly known as DJ Jay G, has sparked an interest in the art of DJing. His willingness to learn and passion for music is what really got him started. Learning from the likes of his uncle who himself was a DJ till his late 30's, Jake really picked up the passion from inside his family. Today, Jake has played over 200 events of all kinds & has his mashups and edits played around the tri-state area. He has been featured on radio stations like One In The Mix Radio, and ClubZone.Fm. Jake has played with DJ's such as DJ Lil Cee, DJ Toro, DJ Yonny, DJ David S from major-market east coast radio stations and opened for festival headliners such as The Disco Fries, MAKJ, & Riggi & Piros, just to name a few. Jake currently chooses to represent himself in all booking matters.
