Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.  Multi - instrumentalist, vocalist, and songwriter, Zakiya Harmony began her journey into music at the age of nine with playing the saxophone. She joined her school band and continued playing with a band throughout college. She picked up the baritone and guitar along the way. She has been rapping, singing and writing songs since the age of 12. She currently performs weekly at different venues around the Atlanta area singing accompanied by the guitar.
