Well I'm gonna tell yall a tale about the one and only Human Forklift and how he got his name. So if you would oblige me for about 3-4 minutes I'd be mighty thankful.

It was the end of the work week and the boys and I wanted to go and tie one on. We wanted to have some drinks, and play some pool, just have oursleves some fun.

So I headed to the Buck Inn out in Doyle and we were all goin to meet up there, it was gonna be a great night, and we'd forget all our cares.

Well my buddy Rick walked through the door, and he's a big man about 6 foot 4, and he had chugged 6 rockstars before he even got to the bar

He said he was tired from work, and didnt want to be out too late, but we gave him a hard time and finally convinced him to stay

He said alright I'm gonna order myself a drink

Let me get a shot of Jameson, and a shot of Jim Beam, some orange juice, and a redbull. Mix it all together and put it in a tall glass. 

You need to take some caution, when drinkin that concoction cause it's a pretty potent mix
But he just hammered em down one after the other, and before we knew it he drank six

He was startin to sway, this and that way from the 12 shots of whiskey. But all those redbulls and rockstars he drank made him bug eyed and twitchy. 

He was actin fine till about 9 then it was like he got possessed, he lost his cool over a game of pool and you wont believe what happened next.

Somehow he was able to lift the pool table and it weighed 900 pounds, then with a roar he flipped that thing and it landed upside down

Well after that it was pretty much the end of our night, we got kicked out, they closed the bar, and Rick got banned for life

We still go to the Buck and we all chuckle thinkin about what Rick did, and in honor of him we order his drink and call it The Human Forklift

I started to get worried about what she would say

The wife and I had got in a fight, and I was kicked out for the night
So I sat at the bar fumin mad
Then a short man walked in, a young Mexican
Wearin a three piece suit and a black cowboy hat

He ordered a Pacifico, and I said, "Hey amigo,
How bout you order a real beer, or go back to where you came."
I know it wasn't right, but I was drunk and wantin to fight
But he just smiled and asked me my name

I said, "I aint tellin you nothin," and to prove I wasn't bluffin
I walked over and knocked the bottle out his hand
It spilled all down his suit, I waited to see what he'd do
But he smiled, shook his head, and walked out the back

I followed him outside still lookin for a fight
and said "hey Pancho why you runnin away scared"
But faster than a mamba strike, he hit me with a pretty hard right
And I keeled over gaspin for air

He pulled out a revolver, and poured the bullets in his hand
and said, "Amigo, do you believe in heaven or hell?
Well you might find out tonight, what's on the other side
For messin with a member of the Cartel

He said my cylinder holds 5, but I'm gonna put in 3
For everything that you've done to me
One for spilling my beer, one for ruining my suit
and one more for bein racist and mean

He put the bullets in, gave the cylinder a spin
Ad I still lay writhing on the ground
He pulled the hammer back, I waited for the blast
And I thought of my wife and kids back in town

He pulled the trigger, click. I couldn't help but flinch
He grinned and said, "Todays your lucky day
I let the Lord decide, and He wants to spare your life
And I hope that you'll go and change your ways."

He got inside his car, drove away from the bar
And I used a payphone to call a cab
Now I don't pick no fights, ever since that scary night,
With the cartel member in the black cowboy hat.

I went outside to go check the mail
And found a not addressed to my neighbor
So I opened their gate, and walked up their driveway
To deliver that piece of paper

Well he was gone, but his wife was home
So I figured I'd give it to her
Knocked on the door, heard "come on in"
And the rest was a blur

I walked in and there was his wife
wearin a necklace and nothin else
She let out a scream and ran from me
Guess she was expectin someone else

I covered my eyes and apologized
And set the letter down
My head was spinnin as I closed the door
And walked away from that house

I didn't want to get tangled in a love triangle
So I hurried back to my place
Then I looked out the window and saw a young man
With a nervous look on his face

Then he walked in without knockin
Guess he'd been there before
But not even 5 minutes later my neighbor showed up
And started headin for his door

He went inside and for a minute
The whole neighborhood was quiet
Then I hear people screamin and things breakin
It sounded like a riot

Then all of a sudden the young man ran out
Butt naked down the street
And right behind em was my neighbor
Swingin a big old machete

I shook my head, sat in my chair
And turned the TV on
Cracked open an ice cold beer
Thankful, I lived alone
