My entry into BB49 - and a poor attempt to make this thing called "Drum Funk". I'm not good at Drum and Bass OR Funk - so I just did E Hungarian Major Scales on my bass and hoped I could get away with being "exotic". Best bit is the very end where I stretched the slide down on the low bass string. Comments Welcome!

BB49 Drum Funk

Created for a metapop competition combining two random sample packs, I was given the combination of "Spotlight Indian" and "Bass".  Asking myself what if The Chemical Brothers "The Private Psychedelic Reel" was a DNB tune, I came up with this.

The music is a jam cut with my former bandmate from theKinder on piano, the awesome Aronizer and me. The beat was once again contributed by my great companion  @modular_hall. And again a colorful and trippy journey through all the new possibilities of #AI developments. This time I tried the #videotovideo feature of #Gen1 Runway and made myself various alienesque #sci-fi creatures mainly in #rainbow colors. Well you will see. It's a #collagevideo made from AI-generated videos and footage I shot on the fly in Vienna. All sporty people ran for the #wingsforlife run on 7 May 23 in Vienna. Very impressive!
