Strophe 1 Ich wach auf mit Nebel, der Wald  wie Glas, Die Vögel zwitschern – nur   Asphalt und Gas. Hier alles sauber,  mein Herz sucht   Smog,  Dorf heilt die Lunge, doch mein Kopf bleibt Block.

Kiefern rauschen leise, kein Rufen von der Gasse, Die Ruhe ist wie Frieden – doch ich vermisse die Masse. Ich seh Felder, Wiesen, alles wirkt wie Kunst, doch in mir lebt der Dreck – wie bittersüßer Wunsch. 

Hook Die Straße schreit in mir, auch wenn alles hier verstummt, Die Natur um mich flüstert – doch mein Herz bleibt ungesund. Ich lieb das Gras, die Farben – doch das Grau hat mehr Gewicht, Denn der Lärm war mein Zuhause, auch wenn er mich zerbricht.
Ich hab gedacht das war das Leben
und das ging beinahe krass daneben

Strophe 2 Die Nächte  still,  der Mond geht spazieren, Doch ich hör in Gedanken die Motoren vibrieren. Kein Horn, kein Streit, kein flackerndes Licht, Doch ich seh graue Mauern – in meinem Gesicht.

Sie sagen, Natur macht den Kopf  klar, Doch mein Herz ruft  Sirenen, wie’s früher mal war. Ich hab Frieden gefunden, vielleicht für ein Stück, Doch die Straße in mir – sie ruft mich zurück.
