The crossing of paths as members of Secret Chiefs 3 resulted in a creative supernova between violinist and composer Timba Harris (SC3, Estradasphere, Master Musicians of Bukkake) and drummer/Arabic percussionist April Centrone (SC3, New York Arabic Orchestra).  In joining forces with Harris' longtime collaborator, renown classical guitarist and composer Gyan Riley (blessed with the DNA of iconic composer Terry Riley and propelled by a distinctly individual muse and a heart-stopping command of his instrument) and bassist Brian Holtz, the foundation of Break the Stone was forged with a purpose; to BREAK DOWN WALLS wielding the hammer of traditional music and flexing the muscle of rock music.  Experience anew the open space between sensuality and aggression, subtely and outrageousness, serenity and adrenaline.
