My name is Rumel aka YoMel, and I am 1/2 of the hip hop group "Timbers TV", which also includes my friend Kyle (MC Reverend 1987), and I am also 1/4th of the hip hop group "Cool'N", which includes members, Ape 9 aka James Vega, Yosef Una, and ESP.

I started my music career with Ape 9 at The Autumn Hip Hop Festival in 2009 at "The Cork" in Fort Collins.  Currently I am working on my solo album which will feature beats from Yosef Una, and a few other local producers in Colorado.  I have been fortunate to play at several venues, such as, Hodi's Halfnote, AstroLand in Boulder, The San Luis Valley, and also The Cork.

Timbers TV will also be working on our first album "No Pen and No Pad" very soon, so be on the lookout for that as well.  Writing to music has become one of my passions in life, and I hope to get better and continue to have fun with it.

Born in Denver, Colorado, and raised in Aurora, Shadow The Truth started listening to rap at an early age. Influenced by the likes of Dr. Dre, Eminem, Bone Thugs 'N Harmony, and Tech N9ne, Shadow began to rap at the age of twelve. Realizing soon that gangster rap was not the course to pursue, Shadow began to make his own brand of rap, often with a rapid-fire cadence and with a very midwest-rap inspired style. When Shadow was 23, he decided to attend the Ohio Center For Broadcasting - Colorado Campus with the intention of becoming a radio personality. Quickly comprehending that he was a natural on the rap AND radio microphone, Shadow started to pave his way with a radio show called Living Mile High on <a href="http://GoMileHigh.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">GoMileHigh.com</a>. He continued to develop his rap skills as well, making it a goal to set his music apart from the rap that the mainstream public was so thoroughly engrossed in at the time. Shadow decided to leave Living Mile High behind to dedicate himself more fully to his music and released a project dubbed "The Truest Beginning" in 2012.
