Next one comes from Brussels again. This time Alfred Anders is taking us on a journey. We still have sweet memories of the first time we met him at his store, Crevette Records. Since then, he has been a great inspiration to us for what a record shop should be like.

On the mx series this week is Paris' Wendy. Renowned as a deep-digger her excellent podcast on the likes of Faciendo, Spaced and Rakya have been heavily repeated over the years. We've already given DIM327 several spins since receiving it earlier this week; a hypnotising hour of tunes, laden with rave-era motifs, deep dubby house and plenty more, mixed with a sophisticated touch.

The second Various Artists compilation on Undertone brings together eight producers from across the US. Each track contributes a distinct voice, from hypnotic grooves and atmospheric textures to harder-edged percussion and driving low-end. Together, they form a cohesive showcase of the label's direction: forward-thinking, floor-tested, and rooted in the raw energy of different flavors of techno.

Across its eight tracks, UTVA002 shifts between deep tension, sharp energy, and moments of release, reflecting the range of moods found in the late-night hours. It's a compilation that captures the individuality of each artist while highlighting the shared spirit that drives Undertone forward.

This mix was recorded live at Hoppetosse Berlin on Sunday, at the unofficial "New Kids On Acid" after hours, where I spontaneously and totally unexpectedly accepted to take over the party. I didn't have my records with me, as I wasn't booked for the party, so I ended up playing for 8 hours from my USB key I had in my wallet. We finished at 1pm on Monday. Despite some sloppy mixes I decided to upload the whole recording, only the last 3 h are missing- unfortunately the recorder stopped earlier then the party :)
