DJs, producers, selectors — all these terms pertain to Round Table Knights, the eclectic, highly skilled duo of Biru Bee and Marc Hofweber, so why don’t we just call them artists? Hailing from Switzerland, these warriors against the mundane have fought hard in the realm of house music to keep things fresh and support the new in their productions and DJ sets, as well as at their venue, Club Bonsoir. They present the tried and true anew while searching for the untested. 

Beginning with a taste in hip-hop, jazz, and electro, Biru and Marc have since paid their dues in the record bins and diversified their mixing palette even further. A deep knowledge spread across years and genres has brought them across the globe to respected venues and festivals such as Panorama Bar, Sónar, Igloofest, and Creamfields. These crowd-whisperers mix for the body and the mind, deftly juxtaposing the cutting-edge and the classic, always locked in the groove. 

Meanwhile, their production style has been more or less refined to the realm of house, with a clear inflection of all those other styles they so love. Their tracks bump with an unpretentious experimentalism, devoid of obvious weirdness and bursting with musicality. Say What?!, their debut album released on Made To Play Records, set a high standard that they’ve been chipping away at with a number of killer singles and EPs dropped on an international range of discerning labels.

Even with such a broad base of experience, Round Table Knights remain wholly un-jaded and still have a long road to travel. Equipped with sharp ears, rich knowledge, and a distinctive catalogue of work, it’s clear that they’ll always move forward and never lose the crowd along the way.

You know Dirtybird for dropping basslines and creating smiles on the dance floor since January 2005.

The fun family vibe of the Dirtybird label can be traced back to a free event started in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. This new kind of house music went against the smooth vocal house that was popular at the time and derived its influences mostly from hip-hop, drum n bass, and American funk. The free outdoor BBQ party was very rough around the edges but eventually became legendary amongst the people of San Francisco. This event was also a very influential factor in the decision by Claude VonStroke to start the record label in 2005.

Today, Dirtybird has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles and has expanded into events and tour production. As it grows, the brand continues to expand beyond music into merchandise, licensing and artist management. In 2015, Dirtybird launched the inaugural Dirtybird Campout festival, which has been dubbed “Summer Camp For Adults”, and Dirtybird has been recognized from their achievements by being awarded "Underground Label of the Year" at the International Dance Music Awards, “Label of the Decade” by Mixmag, “Best North American Label” by DJ Mag, and Billboard’s "Top 5 Independent Dance Labels".

With humble beginnings in Diplo’s Philadelphia studio, Mad Decent’s unwavering mission is to highlight underground, genre-blurring sounds. Mad Decent tops iTunes, Beatport and Shazam charts worldwide with #1 Dance tracks and albums with releases from artists like Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Grandtheft, Party Favor, NGHTMRE and Yellow Claw. When starting out, most artists are faced with the difficult task of creating a name that both reflects their sound and that will continue to define them long into the future. Well thankfully Harris’ parents solved this task pretty quickly & distinctively by naming him Harris Robotis. 

His’ ear for a fresh like coconut sound, combined with a unique sense of musical style meant this humble bionic man was always destined to write, perform, spin and breathe music. Whether he's mixing, producing, singing, playing guitar, bass, keys or getting you a drink at the bar you’ll find Harris constantly moulding his own distinguishing techniques.

Harris' DJ sets will make you feel like you're wearing your undies back to front!!! Its fun at the time but the unforgivingly painful the next day.

Festivals that have put the robot to work include Future Music Festival, Good Vibrations Festival, Laneway Festival, Parklife, Splendour In the Grass, Stereosonic and Summadayze. He's played before, after and sometimes even together with Boysnoize, Justice, Digitalism, The Rapture, Tiga, Sven Vath, 2many DJ's to name a few. 

Being a part of the Sweat It Out family, his original releases and remixes tend to get you as sweaty as a fat kid in a candy store. Having number 1 and top 10 singles on radio club charts such as Nova Radio, Kiss FM and licenses to Ministry Of Sound, Onelove and Hed Kandi compilations around the world.

Aside from Harris's musical skills, when he's not making/playing music he's busy as Founder/Graphic Designer of Melbourne based design studio Subtitled Design. He is responsible for the branding of many festival, record labels and artists around the world. Some from his list of extraordinary clients include Ansell, 360 Agency, Crippen Place, Future Entertainment, Intrepid Pictures, Maker, Ministry Of Sound, Neon Records, Phazing, P Diddy, Stereosonic, Sweat It Out!, Universal Music & Warner.
