After a long time in the waiting line, we are thrilled to present the fourth full length album from Timewarp inc. Yes indeed, this time on wax with a limited 250 copies double 12" black vinyl edition, packaged on a heavy duty gatefold. Yes we are proud to say that this is our third vinyl release to date. Theory of Revolution is a strong album release, bringing 19 freshly produced tracks. A few of them where previous released on singles and ep's and only on the digital domain format though the past years, most of them gained great success & big attention, with many playlists from dj's and radio stations all over the world.

Timewarp inc (aka Angelos Timewarp Stoumpos) managed to provide many new tracks, along the already released ones, while he also managed to remaster them and tried to give a fresh breath to his "old gold" tracks that are still hot and playable out there. 

You can expect a wide range of styles and tempos in this album, from dub and reggae to funk and disco, downtempo to house, and from soul to tropical electronica, all produced and based on wide range and borderless music concept, surrounded by some well cooked mediterranean characteristics. All blended with his unique style of producing, mixing and mastering at his "audiophile analogue studio" in Athens. 

Featuring artists gave their touch on the album songs. Georges Perin contributes on four songs: Theory of Revolution, I'll Be Ok, Realistic (yes, here he also plays the harmonica) and on Tropicaliente with his great talented voice and unbeatable vocals. Jammaroots contributes on Restart and she provides a wonderful and anti-political riddim jam with her great vocal skills. Gobey contributes on Liberty is Our Destiny with his riddim and everything sparkles out the good vibes, while RSN gives a few delicious scratches. The Mage provides his story telling on Economic Boom by bringing his warm trip-hop vocals while Beatride plays the hammond hook. Fanis Karoussos brought his talent over Smoke Miash with his amazing anatolian Santur and his master playing skills. Also we have two remastered versions especially for this vinyl album release. Emma Anagnostou participates on Afrofunk with her etherial soul, funk vocal while George T. provides the warm baseline. Salomi Vasileiadou contributes with her amazing performance vocals on the song Yuil Disco Breaks while Dj Tzinas carries the trumpet hooks. Multi instrumentalist George Mitsikaris performs with his Sitar, Tabla and Bansuri Flute on the track Dubwarp. Timewarp Junior (Morpheus) takes the microphone for the first time and he shoots a few words over Tropicaliente. While the seven times DMC champion Sparky T. bring his turntables and scratching skills over four tracks. Alex Ioannou aka Alex The X-King the most wanted main performers on the album provides his great guitars melodies, hooks and riffs on the most album songs but he also brings out a few base lines and the sweet tropical Yukelele sound. Tasos Fotiou appears on Dub in Disco with his sax section, on Reggae on Dope with his silver flute and again with his sax over Yuil Disco Breaks. Niles Philips lents his huge beats for the new version of Bullshit. Nikos BJ and Fanis P. contributes on tracks Afrofunk and Soulfiction with their guitars.

Timewarp Music is the premier record label for nu funk, dub, breaks, nu disco,  nu jazz & freestyle grooves in contemporary electronic music. 

It’s the creation of Angelos 'Timewarp' Stoumpos (aka Timewarp inc) since 2004, Timewarp Music, was inspired by the fresh Nu-Funk ,Dub & Freestyle Electronic music stream.

The producers that complete Timewarp Music family are spread all around the world, while some of them have been introduced in the discography, others have international careers with some of their tracks to be a 'must' for every freestyler that respects himself. With an impressive artist roster that counts more than 50 main artists and 200 hundred remixers to date.

The past 14 years, since 2004 up to now, Timewarp Music has released more than 10 CD’s, one 7” vinyl. Apart from the physical product Timewarp Music was one of the first independent record label that believed and invested in digital discography... and was prooved right, through the impressive digital catalogue, that  and counts more than 180 digital releases and more than 1500 tracks, many times featured in the top charts in Funk, Downtempo, Disco, Breaks, House & Electronica Charts in the biggest digital retail music stores and streaming services across the world, like I-Tunes, Beatport, Junodownload, Spotify, E-music, Traxsource and so on. While their music has been played in countless places across the globe and in radio stations like KRCW, BBC and many more.

 In 2009 the sub-label Kraak Records was founded to fill the gap in the genres and music styles to support all possible forms of electronic music. To date it counts three physical CD releases, more than 110 digital releases with 800 plus tracks, 20 main artists and about 50 remixers.

If you haven’t had a clear picture from all the above up to now, then for sure you must have picked up some tune of Timewarp Music, as many time is involved in sound design and music licensing for major advertising campaigns and motion pictures and games. Timewarp (his family still calls him Angelos Stoumpos) is a fine example of one more artist, in this case a musician, that was first recognised internationally and then he turned his inner eye to the Greek market.

With many of his tracks featured in international Lounge / Freestyle / Downtempo famous compilations such as Black Coffee (Ecco Chamber), Sensuality Lounge and Camapari Red Passion   compilations (Sony Music ),  White Lounge (Music Park) and Ibiza Global Radio Moods (Irma), he wright fully won his participation in many festivals (Spring three in Vienna, where he played with Gilles Paterson & Quantic Soul Orchestra, in Croatia at San Pelegrino Festival with Dimitri from Paris and Smoove & Turell and in Brazil's Tibe Festival) and guest dj sets in great clubs in Europe and around the world (Camera Club & Cafe Leopold in Vienna /Austria, Tageins Club in Freiburg/ Germany, Budapest, Italy, Switzerland, Brazil -Sao Paolo and many more). 

While experimenting with Nu-Funk / Breaks / Nu Disco / Freestyle / Dub sounds and appearing in numerous events in Greece and abroad since mid-90s, he got great reviews and was soon announced as the 'best Greek Nu-Funkster' from famous people of the scene as Graig Charles (BBC), Ralf Droesemeyer (Mo'Horizons), Dublex inc, Deep Dive Corporation (In-D Records), All Good Funk Alliance (Funk Weapons), Fort Knox Five, Dj Aeon Seven (Ninja Tunes), Parov Stelar (Etage Noir), Ancient Astronauts (ESL), Ganga, Fab Samperi, Q-Burns Abstract Message and many more!

In the beginning of 2004 after wanting to present his sound to Greece and the world, he created the independent record label, Timewarp Music. Ever since, Timewarp Music has an impressive release catalog, with over 6 artist cd albums, 3 cd compilations, 1 cd single, 1 vinyl single and almost 170+ Digital releases, while is the home of 100+ music producers and 200+ remixers from all around the world, always in a Nu-Funk / Breaks / Nu Disco / Freestyle / Dub attitude.
Timewarp  has released five personal albums, eight remix albums and many singles and ep's, while a great number of independent productions and remixes have been released worldwide either as maxi-singles or in various cd compilations, digital ep’s and vinyls.

Being a musician for more than 25 years, Timewarp is a Sound and Mastering Engineer for other musicians, while he has also licensed his music for major advertising campaigns. 
The quality and musical style of his productions, also the frequency, diligence and energy that drives him to run Timewarp Music, drew the attention of many Greek radio producers, journalists and promoters so he soon was established in the Greek market. 

In March 2009, he completed his latest project, the creation of one more record label, Kraak Records, that releases electronic music in general, with no specific genre. Already, having five active years, Kraak Records is the home of 80+ music producers and remixers, having released 3 full length artist albums on CD. Of course, following the footsteps of her big sister Timewarp Music, Kraak Records has already released 100+ digital releases.

Angelos Timewarp Stoumpos combines all the characteristics of a modern successful musical personality, with a low profile and a persistence to good music, manages to blend it to the life of a person that lives through what he loves.
