This song try's to address the issues of women and their stand in modern day society. Inspired by the likes of Emily Pankhurst and Amilia Erheart.

This song is essentially a late night improvised live guitar/vocal jam that I managed to capture on 'tape'. I added the harmonies and percussion later.

Timid Deer are an original indie band from Salisbury consisting of vocalist Naomi Henstridge, Tim Milne (piano), Tom Laws (double bass), Matt Jackson (guitar) and Chris Hart (drums). Recently compared to the likes of London Grammar, Cinematic Orchestra and Portishead. they released their melancholy-sounding 'Melodies For The Nocturnal Pt 1' EP in 2019. A follow-up 'Melodies... Pt. 2' will be released in early 2022.
