Next up in our mix series, is the UK-based DJ Sybil. A great DJ who really knows how do flood your mind in psychedelic rhytms, ambients states and emotional cuts. With a unique skill of crafting a diverse and dynamic auditory experience, her thoughtful yet instinctual picks effortlessly glide between varying moods and genres, striking a harmonious balance between lightheartedness and fervor, exuberance and pulsating power.

This mix is a 2 hour long set of cerebral trippers, trance floaters and rhythmic ear ticklers made for a meandering imaginary after-hours. An undulating mix which is both ambient and rhythmic, slipping between BPMs, genres and energy levels in a winding journey.

Running his Archiv parties and is a well known figure in the Japanese underground scene. Trying to weave the ginnels of his imagination in a sort of syncretic regression. Pushes his own allegoric boundaries that unfolds his being, translucent molecules rise from above....

I'm very pleased that he participated and will be the one to guide us through this musical fascinations.

木漏机日 ~ this mix is a very personal thing for me and it is so close to my heart that i want to make it public for all the people out there.
there is a lot of emotional work behind this 2 1/2h. musically, In all my years, I’ve never dedicated myself so intensely to one thing. it was really a beautiful experience and gave me a lot of joy.

For the next edition of Monument Waves, we are honored to welcome ASIP, which is the DJ name of Ryan Griffin, founder of the legendary A Strangely Isolated Place label and the 9128.live radio station. 

Here ASIP presents a stunning mix featuring ambient, electronica, IDM, dub techno and more, where almost every track has been turned into a loop to bring to life the idea of "waves" as loops - continuous unfolding of repetitive patterns.

Timnah is one of our favourite artists, and a true master of her craft. Not a week goes by without listening to one of her immersive sonic creations. They hold a special place in our heart <3

Over the years, she has crafted a very unique sonic language that transcends the dance floor, into subliminal rhythmic, ambient, and experimental territories. She has a gift for conjuring dynamic narratives that evoke powerful emotions and otherworldly visualisations.

Timnah has a unique way of drawing the listener into her world, rather than guiding them through their own….. and it’s a beautiful place to be.

DSS 105 comes from the mind of enigmatic producer, DJ and liveact Aa Sudd.

Based in Germany, he primarily explores the psychotropic and hypnotic realms of sound. Delving into irregular rhythms, immersive atmospheres and kaleidoscopic patterns. With a focus on the captivating and the otherworldly, Aa Sudd delivers enveloping sets and productions, fusing elements of techno and experimental drum and bass to create a psychedelic listening experience, spreading his sound via labels such as Midgar or Mirror Zone.

Back in 2023 we were lucky enough to release an exceptional podcast from Timnah - our ears were hooked! We immediately felt the potential and knew that she would be the DJ to provide the perfect festival afternoon soundtrack to our beloved forest.

Fast forward to Sunday afternoon at Monument Festival 2024, and Timnah’s set completely surpassed our already high expectations. From the moment she started, it was clear this was going to be something special.

Starting slow and deep, setting the stage like the opening of an epic tale, Timnah’s set unfolded layer by layer, note by note like a cinematic sonic story told deep in the forest by a master storyteller, one that could have only been by Timnah herself.
