Grambling University just hired Hue Jackson as Head Coach. I was able to get him on the Bottling Excellence show, and he answers many secrets to being a successful coach, person and business.

What is Emface? Emface is a non-invasive facial treatment that utilizes a combination of HIFES (high-intensity facial electrical stimulation) and radiofrequency technology. This combination works to stimulate collagen and elastin production while improving facial muscle density for a tighter, more toned, and lifted appearance.
How does Emface compare to treatments like Botox and fillers? Emface is often compared to Botox and fillers because it aims to address similar concerns, such as wrinkles and loss of volume. However, unlike those treatments, Emface doesn't involve any needles or injections. Botox works by temporarily paralyzing muscles to smooth wrinkles, while fillers add volume by injecting substances like hyaluronic acid. Emface, on the other hand, stimulates the production of collagen and elastin naturally, leading to a more gradual but potentially longer-lasting improvement in skin tone and texture. While some find Emface results to be more subtle than Botox or fillers, others appreciate its natural-looking outcome.
What can I expect during an Emface treatment? An Emface treatment typically lasts around 20 minutes. During the treatment, your practitioner will apply three sticky pads—one on each cheek and one on your forehead—that emit mild heat and vibrations. These pads deliver the HIFES and RF energy to your skin and muscles. While the sensation isn't generally described as painful, it can feel unusual, especially during the first session, as you'll feel your facial muscles contracting involuntarily.
How many Emface treatments will I need? For optimal results, a series of four Emface treatments is typically recommended, spaced about one to two weeks apart.
