When I turn my heart to Him in the morning
I call on His name, He rises deep within
And He shines His light, His glory smiling at me
And I say, “I love You Lord,”

I’m loving Jesus day by day (I love Jesus day by day)

I touch the Spirit, He sanctifies within
As I wait on Him, in time He speaks so softly

I touch the High Priest, He intercedes for me
By His blood I enjoy- His peace and grace and mercy
And He says, “I’m all you need,”

For a draught from some cool spring,

Of the thirst I felt within.
