Danyal also plays the violin, viola and piano, and works extensively in theatre, composing, recording and performing as an M.D. in London. He recently performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and at the Delhi International Arts Festival with TARA Arts.

Danyal has arranged and recorded strings for a host of bands and songwriters, including Diagrams, Laura Hocking, Sam Lee and Friends, The Rivers of England and David Mountain. He also plays with Adam Donen, Khiyo and Beth and the Availables.

He has composed three pieces for Kensington Chamber Orchestra, including two settings of children's poems for their family concerts.

CN Lester is a writer, musician, and leading LGBTI activist. CN is the author of "Trans Like Me", named by The New York Times as one of the three essential works on trans issues. Co-founder of the UK's first national queer youth organisation, they curate the trans art event Transpose for Barbican, and work internationally as a trans and feminist educator and speaker. Their work has featured on BBC Radio 3, BBC Radio 4, SBS, The Guardian, ABC, The Independent, Newsnight, and at Sydney Opera House. 

CN is singer-songwriter and a classical performer, composer and researcher: Gigs/engagements include work at The Barbican, Southbank Centre, Snape Maltings, The Royal Exchange, festivals throughout the UK, Queer Prides throughout Europe, and all kinds of art galleries/bars/recital halls/book and coffee shops/universities. They have released three independent, crowd-funded albums: "Ashes" (2012), "Aether" (2014) and "Come Home" (2017) - all available via iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.
