Perpetual motion in all things creative. 

Background: started my musical journey as a teen in the Southern California punk rock scene as guitarist and vocalist. Then gravitated to hip hop as a ghostwriter and beat maker. After a hiatus from music making I returned because I wanted to try film score composition and more recently took up dj’ing to incorporate all the above mentioned into my sets as well as live hybrid music production alongside my DJ sets. This experiment over the last two years has been extremely fun, humbling and exciting. So look forward to my upcoming releases of my original tracks and if you are in the Vegas area come see me perform live at one of the amazing electronic music venues out here.

Figura Retorica is a duo of eclectic DJs and producers from Milan, composed of Massimiliano “Doctor Juggler” Colombo and Lamberto “Mopoz” Carboni. Since 2017, We have been crafting a unique sonic identity, blending elementa from Deep House, Progressive, Techno, and Psychedelic influences. Our music is driven by powerful tones and energetic soundscapes, always designed to tell a story and take the listener on a journey—true to our name, a Figure of Speech in sound.

We have performed at various parties and festivals across the Italian underground scene, including ODD at Masada, RITUALISMO, WAO Festival, and ATLAS CONNECTION FESTIVAL. Our releases can be found on Shango Records, Kośa Records, and Defora Records.
