Contemplating Reincarnation - April 2021 Q&A

This transmission is for both men women, it goes beyond your current gender. 

Many are familiar with the myth of Medusa, her rape, subsequent transformation in a monster with serpent hair and her defeat by the warrior Perseus who weaponised her dark power by cutting off her head.  This is a myth representing the demonisation of female power and sexuality. 

Before the rise of monotheistic, patriarchal cultures saw the Snake as a symbol of the goddess and of the female creative nature. With patriarchy the snake fell from a symbol of divinity to one of evil. This theme is found over and over again in many Indo-European myths. In the Medusa myth the Goddess Athena cursed and banished Medusa, and later received her severed head from Perseus. (The winged horse, Pegasus, was said to be born from her death-throes). Medusa represents a more ancient image of Athena, one as a Snake Goddess. The symbolism of snake and earth Goddess can be seen in other myths. For instance, the python at Delphi was sacred to Apollo after he slew it since it represented a more ancient Earth Goddess. In this time of the rise of the Goddess energy, the Medusa is welcomed back along with her ancient earth power and magic.

In this transmission we transform this patriarchal myth into one of healing. We call upon the Goddess Hera and angelic support for a personal clearing of feminine disempowerment and feminine rage then of collective disempowerment and feminine rage. Hera is an ancient Goddess whose veneration predates the invasion of Greece by Dorians and other Hellenic speaking tribes that introduced the worship of Zeus and other Gods. 

This transmission is an affirmation of the returning light and power of the Goddess. Not in vengeance or domination but a return to unity between the masculine and feminine.

When we speak of Faerie Races we are not talking about nature spirits or elementals or that over-light a species of plant or tree. Whereas nature spirits and elementals often appear as small beings of light, Faerie beings often appear as very tall. 

The Faerie Races of the Inner Earth once dwelt with humanity but as the vibration of the earth-plane began to fall after the destruction of Atlantis the Faerie People disappeared “stepping sideways into the light” and left this dimension of the earth-plane. The tradition of connecting to the Faerie Races are particularly strong in Celtic Scotland and Ireland. There are still portals to be found, such as stone circles, grassy mounds, and certain sacred sites that allow for a contact with these races. 

In this meditation we connect to the four gateways of Faerie/Inner Earth. These gateways correspond to the four directions of east, south, west and north. Through these gateways we connect to the four stars and four winds. Each gateways creates a release and an embrace of certain energies. 

This remastered meditation was first offered during a retreat in County Dublin, Ireland 2023, (and was inspired by a wonderful book by Hugh Mynne called The Faerie Way).

The Four Faerie Stars/Gateways Transmission

This transmission was created during the rising of Sirius, July 2023, in preparation for the peak of the 8/8 Lion's Gateway. Working with the Goddess Bast, who is closely related to Sekhmet seemed to be appropriate at this time especially since Her energy may help to sooth the intensity of the energies coming through right now. This transmission is aimed at increasing the love energy in your field, love for self, love for other. It is also designed to increase the level of juicy magic and miracles in your reality. 

Ancient Egyptians had a high reverence to cats, domestic cats were common in most homes. There were also shrines in their homes to honour and worship the cat Goddess Bast or Bastet. Not only was Bast seen as a protector of the home, she was also seen as love/fertility goddess. 

Bast was worshiped in Lower Egypt, originally as a lioness goddess, a role she shared with the Goddess Sekhmet. Whereas her twin sister Sekhmet was seen as the protectress of Upper Egypt, Bastet was revered as the deity who protected Lower Egypt. Over time Bast and Sekhmet were worshipped separately. 

Bast is a Goddess of cats, the sun, of the East, of fire, of love, intoxication, music and dancing, joy, celebration, fertility, secrets, magic, and sex. Bast also acquired the role of protecting those who sought her help against evil spirits and contagious diseases. She had the power to charm snakes and combat the effects of poisonous venom.
