Born in Fort Lauderdale Florida, October 2nd 1997, the Southern reality rapper is finally getting the buzz that he deserve. With his mom passing away at an early age,
he later realized that his dream for music could take him far. Recently at an interview he had,
he stated “I grew up writing poetry. I never really wanted the fame, I just always wanted the world to know that the ghetto is real and just because you came from nothing don’t mean you can’t make it out“.

As the digital age reached its peak, Tierra began dropping freestyles on her Instagram page, effortlessly destroying social media “challenges” to popular instrumentals. As the videos of her confidently executing rhymes in the driver’s seat of her 2000 Saturn went viral, she garnered the interest of thousands of strangers online who soon became her biggest supporters. After uploading freestyles to “Act Up” and “Rock,” Tierra captured the attention of Pierre “Pee” Thomas, co- founder of Quality Control Music and discoverer of the City Girls and platinum-recording artist Plies.
Thompson describes her style as “sophisti-ratchet,” a crossover between sophisticated and ratchet; qualities exemplified in her verses that let women know its perfectly okay to be both. She collaborated with artists such as Major Nine, Bushy B, and Bre the Bucket Hat Don as they utilized her unique ability to infuse her poetic lyrics to bring out sensual elements in their tracks. It was a heartbreak, a notebook, and an on-call producer that led to the transformation of Tierra Traniece into more than just a contributor, but a solo artist with the debut of her breakthrough single “Fool Me Once.”
