Franke Madsen, aka KOXBOX, has been a favourite artist of ours and a master of psychedelic trance since the band was founded in the late 80’s.  Their track FUEL ON featured on TIP’s BLUE compilation in our Shiva series back in 1996 and is an unanimously verified classic!
We are so delighted to welcome back Koxbox to TIP!  Franke, the only remaining member of Koxbox since 2003, has treated us with a super blasting three track EP.  Each track exhibits the unique psychedelic sounds, twisted melodies and driving baselines that made Koxbox one of the most popular artists on the scene, and he still at the top of his game after over 30 years in the business! Mit „Sleepless“ präsentiert Synaptic Impact ein treibendes Psytrance-Erlebnis, das wie ein nächtlicher Flug durch das neuronale Netz eines schlaflosen Wesens wirkt. Eingeleitet von subtilen FX-Sweeps und mystischen Atmosphären, entfaltet sich der Track schnell zu einem hypnotischen Flow aus kicklastigen Grooves und sägenden Synth-Layern.

Die Bassline pulsiert konstant und schiebt den Track entschlossen voran, während modulierte Acid-Sequenzen und sphärische Pads eine kaleidoskopische Tiefe erzeugen. Punxline - New Reality (Paradox Remix)

In 1994, Raja Ram formed TIP Records, one of the original Goa-Trance / Psy-Trance labels based in the UK.  He had already been releasing music with his band The Infinity Project (T.I.P.) since the late 80's and after putting on, now legendary, TIP parties around this time, the idea to start a record label was conceived.

30 years on, TIP has gone from strength to strength with 100's of cutting-edge electronic music releases to date including highly respected classic dance music compilations right through to experimental downtempo and ambient music to a world wide (perhaps even inter-galactic)loyal following.

As ambassadors of the label, Raja Ram and DJ Lucas O'Brien (SuperModule) presented their label showcase touring the globe for over 20 years bringing the TIP sound to a wider audience.
The back catalogue reads like a who's who of the Psychedelic Trance scene and TIP helped many top artists to launch their careers.

Today, with a roster of sought after, quality and dynamic artists, TIP continues to bring music and joy to dance floors around the world!
