Originally started out as a DJ spinning for many years, multi-talented Wouter Thomassen is running Zen Mechanics project since 2002 and constantly collaborates with the finest artists of the psytrance scene while playing repeatedly at the biggest festivals and parties around the world.
His legendary full-length album "Holy Cities" came out on Neurobiotic Records 6 years after starting Zen Mechanics, following several compilation tracks and remixes on different labels like Iboga, Nano, Alchemy or even Aleph Zero Records. From chill-out/ambient to progressive and fullon oriented psytrance tracks there is a lot of diversity in Zen Mechanics's discography which made him one of the most awaited headliners in Ozora Festival 2013. Zen Mechanics played his live set Wednesday, the first afternoon on the Main Stage, join us in living it again!

The Goa Classics series has been popular and the fresh material from our stable of artists we feel has been very strong.  Thsi album continues the roll.  Lucas´s album "Tales of Heads", Duotekk´s "Dunamis" and now Hujaboys "The Seed" all hitting the spot.  All have individual sounds but all equally relevant and serious stuff.

Hi folks, so yeh we are finally here and able to give you a sneak preview of the long awaited new Logic Bomb album which is about to drop.  December 9th for cd the following week for digital and it doesn't disappoint.  Few can reach these heights.  A great way to end the year for Tip.  The bar was set early by Lucas and Duotekk and Hujaboy both delivered fantastic albums. 4 of the best artist albums all with their own distinct sounds. In the year 2002, Gusgus was touring the states with the new lineup and album Attention.  One of the tracks in the set was though a cover of old Human League track called "Things that dreams are made of".  Not shure if we have any live recordings of it but here is the lave backup version we did in case of equipment breakdown.

01 Final Frontier

In 1994, Raja Ram formed TIP Records, one of the original Goa-Trance / Psy-Trance labels based in the UK.  He had already been releasing music with his band The Infinity Project (T.I.P.) since the late 80's and after putting on, now legendary, TIP parties around this time, the idea to start a record label was conceived.

30 years on, TIP has gone from strength to strength with 100's of cutting-edge electronic music releases to date including highly respected classic dance music compilations right through to experimental downtempo and ambient music to a world wide (perhaps even inter-galactic)loyal following.

As ambassadors of the label, Raja Ram and DJ Lucas O'Brien (SuperModule) presented their label showcase touring the globe for over 20 years bringing the TIP sound to a wider audience.
The back catalogue reads like a who's who of the Psychedelic Trance scene and TIP helped many top artists to launch their careers.

Today, with a roster of sought after, quality and dynamic artists, TIP continues to bring music and joy to dance floors around the world!
