A New York-based songwriter whose writing style combines a love of folksongs, country, rock and pop music, Sal is an affiliated member of ASCAP and an active member of the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI). He has been named to the NSAI "Ones to Watch" list and has had songs recommended for consideration to the NSAI Publishers Luncheon. Sal's songs have been licensed by a number of publishers and licensing agencies and one of his recent tracks, "Without Me," was a runner-up in the Ole Publishing NSAI Chapter Challenge.

I write music for TV, film and advertising. Some highlights include co-writing music for the 2012 Coca-Cola Olympic commercial featuring female boxer, Marlen Esparza as well as the theme song for the short documentary "Mountain Man", winner of the Yosemite International Film Festival Silver Sierra Award.
