Music, as they say, is the purest form of art- T Jay, born as Taranjeet Singh , believes in the same.

As all the other kids, he did all those things which the world expected out from him, school, engineering et al.. But music was his last resort, it was in its arms where he would find solace from the malice of the outer world and later on, come to his true self as a complete performer.

The Lucknow lad not only worships his idols Sukshinder Shinda and Gurdas Mann, he also tries to put the same dedication and purity in his music. Encouraged by his friends who were mesmerized by his songs and enthralling dance performances, he decided to give his efforts a concrete shape. Seeing his talents, he has been approached by stalwarts from the industry and currently he is working on his debut solo album which has the right mix of Punjabi/R&B/Soul for a start.
