This happened to my uncle. My mom did ancestry DNA and this lady in Oakland came back as her super close relative. She called my mom and they talked and the lady ended up being my first cousin. We lived in Oakland in the late 80s and my uncle was court ordered to live with us or go to jail, and he had a kid he never knew about and her mom told her someone else was her dad.
