At my State of Heart sessions, I use vocal soundscapes and specifically chosen sound tools to create a landscape where we can visit all parts of ourselves. The parts that have been blocked, shunned or unloved. Reintegrate them back into wholeness and wrapped in love. Giving you more freedom to move, feel, think, and thrive.
