My first sound was in 1990 - a scream. My mother and the rest of the delivery room didn't care about rhythm and tune fortunately. Raised in the nineties, I was exposed to Eurodance, but the Loveparade Compilation of 2002 was running in my CD-Player over and over again. The adolescence was affected by Punkrock and Rap, but after that phase, electronic music became more and more important to me.

Nous produisons et répétons dans différents studios entre la Bretagne et la Loire-Atlantique.

Nos chansons vibrent dans l'accord d'une guitare, d'une basse et d'une voix mezzo-soprano. Nous insufflons des grooves électriques et contemplatifs à des textes engagés et sensibles.

DAMAZUR est une invitation à voguer sur les transformations de nos réalités grâce aux rêves, et à tanguer sur la piste de danse.

Chebedajha means 'not from here' in an imaginary language. 

A raw collage of analogue and digital electronic sounds, harsh, intense, sensitive modulated noise, embracing the unexpected with a situationist attitude, amplifying and celebrating so-called 'errors', or, 'unforseen circumstances', drifting off in the moment.

Chebedajha is the experimental sound project of cultural producer Jeannette Petrik. Operating in the vicinity of intense states of anxiety and pleasure, discomfort and relief, the experimental sound of Chebedajha aims for increased levels of perception and sensitivity to become part of the collective everyday. The project thus becomes an abstract tool for everyday politics and a catalyst for collective, dialogical care.
