Used Toneforge Menace and the Arturia FX included with Minifuse 1 
BIAS is all the way up (starving voltage), tube drive and gain about half way
Used Cakewalk Sonar and seemed to have a nice transparent channel EQ to best represent the sound and you can find that free online as "Bandlab"

Here is one of the first things I did with my Pitchfactor.  I recorded a one take solo on the Eleven Rack and reamped it with different pitches using a different Pitchflex setting on each "new" track.  I changed some of the intervals in real time as it was being reamped and it sounds like I am doing Steve Vai style bar ticks but no wammy bar was used on the original take at all.  So I was triggering the Flex with a Digitech FS3X and turning the knobs physically on the unit as well as running the Kensington Expert Mouse on the Eleven Rack wah.  It was pretty fun to pull off.  For this example, the pitchfactor is mono and first in the signal path.  For most other uses, I keep it in the FX Loop.

Just slid the H3000 band delay frequency to -14 and mix up to 55% and changed the harmonizer settings slightly (so that the flange had high and low boost and slightly more mix %). Also put the busses in pre instead of post and utilized FerricTDS Tape Dynamics Simulator(another good free plugin to check out).
