En kall och klar lördag i november tog vi båten till Vaxholms fästning utanför Stockholm. Där väntade den perfekta retreatlokalen. Tyst, vacker och rymlig. Vi var drygt 40 stycken som vilade i en levande stillhet tillsammans, gjorde yoga med Eva Aspegård, mediterade, och bara njöt av stället, vädret och tystnaden.
