The danzaq makes his moves with a pair of scissors in hand, making them sound with the music rhythm. Formerly known as " tusuq laykas " ( dancing witchers)some centuries ago,  they used to dance to please the apus ( mountain spiritis) and bring welfare to the people.

The composition was written under the impression of documentaries about the mountain steppes, in particular about mountain horses.
