Bratty takes the role of Sans. It’s been a few years, but she’s still a die-hard MTT stan. She and Catty are the heads of the King Mettaton Fan Club, but since they’re older than most of the other members, people treat them differently. Bratty has a bit of a mysterious energy about her, and teens and adults alike are a bit scared of her. She takes it in stride, though. In fact, she seems to enjoy that kind of attention.

Aftergore VI, the King Papyrus ending, details an ending in which everyone who could be killed by Frisk was killed with the exception of Papyrus. He's the ruler of the underground by default now, and he does his best to keep morale up in an underground more hopeless than ever before. Humans are to be treated as targets of puzzles, no matter their moral alignment. At least that's Papyrus's goal. His subjects might not be so keen on that.

Monster Kid's sister, known simply as "Sister Kid," takes the role of Sans. She's an aggressively apathetic teen who adamantly doesn't give a damn. Don't smile at her, and don't mess with her under any circumstances. She's not having any of it. She's ordered to keep an eye on her sibling at all times, much to her dismay.

She and Bratty are the heads of the King Mettaton Fan Club, but since they’re older than most of the other members, people treat them differently. Catty gets made fun of a lot. Teens say she’s out of fashion or uncool. But she does her best to ignore it, focus on living her best life, and do what really matters: devoting an unhealthy amount of time and energy to Mettaton. Like every model citizen should do!
