SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHAT AFTERGORE IS PLEASE, I’M BEGGING YOU!

This is probably my favorite of the 3 TPCUs, but maybe number 4 will be even better. We'll see.

Frisk points a gun at Toriel, Papyrus, Flowey, Doggo, Muffet, Mettaton, (Muffet Role) and Sans (considering he's Caretaker part 2)

I have to wonder; why does Aftergore III Frisk fight? Presumably, the protagonist isn't trying to kill them, as Frisk is in Asriel's role and thus would only be fought on a Pacifist route. With their philosophy of only fighting when they have no other choice, why would they attack an innocent human who has done nothing to them?

So what's the "A Beautiful Day" of Aftergore III? Was it not made yet?

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore IV, the Queen Undyne ending, details an ending in which Toriel and the Ruins monsters are killed, but everyone else is left unharmed (other than Asgore of course). Undyne rules the Underground with an iron fist. Humans are to be treated as enemies, not friends.

Mad Mew Mew takes the role of Undyne...or rather, her new form does. Under Undyne's command, Alphys was commissioned to build the irritable specter a brand new body...the high-tech Mewmewtron 4000!

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore III, the Exiled Queen ending, details an ending in which only Undyne and Asgore have been killed. Toriel tried to claim the throne, but threats of a coup quickly sent her back to the Ruins. Now the Underground is in a state of instability and semi-anarchy. Humans are to be treated as...well, it's unclear right now, but it's not good.

Toriel takes the role of Flowey...sorta. She at least takes the role in some aspects-- she is not some manifestation of the Asriel replacement nor does she attack you with some sinister intent. But she is the first character you meet; one that is integral to the plot behind the scenes and who follows you along on your journey ever so slightly in the background. Guess you've gotta have a hobby of some kind after being dethroned almost instantly.

This is a "Your Best Nightmare" replacement really only by technicality. This is the final fight theme against a Flowey replacement. But there's no special form, no six souls, no nightmarish elements, and no Finale replacement. Just an emotional fight to wrap up the Toriel arc.

*He wanted to wipe out the existence of humanity.
*And let us all rule the world in peace.
*The QUEEN however, was disgusted by his action.
*The QUEEN banished the KING to the Sanctuary.
*We were all terribly shocked to hear the news!
*Overtime, the QUEEN who once was kindhearted...
*...turned into a cold and intimidating ruler.
*We all began to lose hope...
*We all began to stray further from freedom...
*With everything lost, we became more and more unyielding.

ALTERSAGA is a roleswap AU heavily inspired by "Altertale" pair-swaps aspect: Toriel, Asgore, & Asriel swapping with Sans, Papyrus, & Gaster. However, in ALTERSAGA, there is more than just the abovementioned pair-swap. We will talk about this later but for now...

Wingding Gaster fills the role of Asriel. Instead of turning into a flower or any other object, he falls into his own creation and gets corrupted due to an unspeakable incident. Thus, an anomaly is born in a form of [REDACTED] (who takes Flowey's position). The anomaly spends it time observing the reality which it cannot interfere unless something pulls the anomaly back to where it originally belongs. Ultimately, the anomaly returns to its reality and it's all thanks to your SOUL. The soul serves as a bridge between dimensions, which unfortunately calls for threats that want to steal your soul for their own advantages. Inevitably, W.D. Gaster learns about the existence of OUR reality beyond his own and now he yearns for an absolute freedom; to escape from the "game" and usher everyone else into our world. However, your soul is foremostly required to fulfill the wish they have never thought before.

*The human insists they're not sorry.

To clarify, this is not an update to the other version of "The Past Catches Up." This is a variation of it that plays in a different volume of Aftergore.

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore II, the Betrayed Undyne ending, details an ending in which Frisk changes their ways for the worst after saving Undyne, and murders several Hotland monsters including Muffet and Mettaton. Toriel has taken her ex-husband's place after his death, and she struggles to maintain morale in an increasingly wary underground. Humans are to be treated not as enemies, but as friends. At least...in theory.

Frisk takes the role of Asriel. After their mini-rampage through Hotland they've left the Underground, and they now hide in a cabin in the forest near Mt. Ebott. They insist that they will never atone for what they've done. They're generally not very pleasant to be around these days.

Also this was meant to be our 200th upload, just as Past Catches Up I was our 100th, but the Toadie birthday event put us off by a bit.

[Aftergore II] The Past Catches Up

*The stoic human is staring you down.

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore III, the Exiled Queen ending, details an ending in which only Undyne and Asgore have been killed. Toriel tried to claim the throne, but threats of a coup quickly sent her back to the Ruins. Now the Underground is in a state of instability and semi-anarchy. Humans are to be treated as...well, it's unclear right now, but it's not good.

Frisk takes the role of Asriel. They assert that they did their best to remain merciful, but resorted to violence when their opponents (i.e. Undyne and Asgore) gave them no other choice. They feel remorse for their actions and wonder if things could have gone differently, but hide this behind an expressionless thousand yard stare and a quiet life on the surface.

Man, we went from 200 uploads to 300 real quick, didn't we? And yes, this means TPCU4 will be our 400th upload, or at least around it. We tend to get the numbers a little off. That will be the last TPCU, as the other Aftergores don't have them.
