This is Emilia Fox's beautiful reading of The Beachcombers, one of my most popular poems. As with most of my poems, it is a narrative poem. It tells the story of Bronnie, who scours the beach looking for 'treasures of the storm' with her father. Then, years later she finds, herself, her child and her departed father again; as a beachcomber.
