Nicolas was born in the USA on March 12, 1995, but soon after his birth his family moved back to Greece, settling in the small northern town of Kastoria. From an early age he showed a deep connection to music, picking up guitar and bass at 6 years old — but his true passion was always the drums. He went on to study music theory and drums formally, and by the age of 12 he was already performing live with local bands. Over the next years he played alongside major Greek acts, quickly becoming known as one of the young drum prodigies of Northern Greece.

His introduction to psychedelic music came through Vlastur, which led him to DJ sets in Kastoria’s cafés, blending Vlastur, Thievery Corporation, and other dub-psychedelic influences. It wasn’t long before he discovered psytrance — a moment that immediately changed his artistic direction.

At 19, after finishing school, he moved to Athens to study Music Technology and Music Production, determined to create his own sound. Within just two years, his project Oxytocin began gaining recognition in the Greek psytrance scene. He became a resident and stage manager with Amorphia Productions, performing alongside many of his inspirations such as Space Tribe, Imagine Mars, Volcano, Astrix, Virtual Light, and many more.

His debut release, “Faith in the Future” (2019, Profound Records), reached #3 on Beatport’s Top 100 releases, marking a strong entrance into the international scene. Since then, his music has been released on respected labels including X7M Blaze, Dacru Records, BMSS Records, and United Beat Records.

Oxytocin’s performances are known for their highly energetic full-on style, delivered with his own signature sonic character — powerful, emotional, and deeply psychedelic. He has performed in Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, Holland, and Albania, steadily expanding his global audience.

He is currently working on his upcoming full-length album, scheduled for release at the end of 2026. Until then, expect a series of strong singles and EPs — and maybe you’ll catch him on a dancefloor near you.

Jeroen Meertens is an artist and label owner hailing from Belgium. Under his self-titled moniker, he represents a unique and distinguished interpretation of sub-oriented and up-paced techno.

Production-wise, his music has gained international traction by getting support from the likes of Pan-Pot, Amelie Lens, Dubfire, Karotte, Ilario Alicante and Luigi Madonna to name a few. Jeroen's musical output does not however remain solely self-centered. He is the establisher and curator of the Belgian 'Tabulat' concept, wherein he offers a musical platform for fellow prospects in the scene as well as hosting club nights and festival stages.

Meanwhile, Jeroen Meertens has generated momentum by sharing line-ups and stages with names like Dax J, Len Faki, I Hate Models, Reinier Zonneveld, Luigi Madonna, Gaiser, Matador, ANNA and Enrico Sangiuliano to name a few. Recent appearances in India, France and the Netherlands underline his perseverance in spreading his signature sound across the globe.
