Tocca il Futuro invites the experimental cellist and composer @martinabertoni on @lyl_radio. Her music channels emotional and physical depths, while exploring the liminal spaces between perception of space and sound, through compositional and performing practices aimed to challenge the listener’s experience. Classically trained cellist, Bertoni developed her research and practices around experimental and film music, for which her cello and her original works are featured in numerous works and soundtracks for films, series and documentaries. Expect some experimental ambience morphing into somewhat electronic-minimal style.

Tocca il Futuro w/ Martina Bertoni - LYL Radio - 28th March 2024

Happy to host on @lyl_radio, the producer, promoter, drummer for the noise rock band Midnite Cobras, and a member of the project Stockwerk Null @burago. His solo work exists on the margins of these genres, resulting in multifaceted, polyrhythmic music, influenced by ambient and dub traditions. His releases include work with Japanese label City-2 St. Giga and How To Dress Well’s new label, Helpful Music. Operating out of Berlin and Milano, he is currently recording a new album.
