Hard to describe this song to you. But I’ll try. I have mental health like everyone else in the world, but is much more intense with the depression and extreme anxiety from past trauma. I take a lot of meds for it that a lot of times gives me bad side effect, and feel sick a lot of the time. I guess making me call it a deadly weapon. This is one I wrote about all the fucked up conversations people have in a group session or in a individual session. I been struggling with mental health my whole life and been in and out of IOP’s for my mental health. I take a lot of strong medication and realized threw the time that group or individual sessions can help you find where the real problem is coming from, and is usually from past trauma events and is the best thing to talk to someone you can trust. Especially where I live and the people are not to friendly to invite you to neighborhood party’s. I could go on but I don’t want to keep complaining.
