In Druidic and Norse mythology, the "Acorn" is sacred, regarded as the seed of a universe, a star, or a galaxy. A nd it is often associated with cosmic wisdom, growth, and the Axis Mundi, the Latin term denoting the central point of connection between the earthly and heavenly realms. A similar phenomenon occurs between 30drop and Arpanet, there is a central point of connection in their weightless approach of Electro music, turning simplicity into elegance. Within our label, they serve as true "Doppelgängers", mirroring and complementing each other through several collaborations. Together, they compose a universal symphony, unfolding across time and space.

Three-s, a Colombian DJ and producer, has made Barcelona his home for the last decade, with a passionate focus on electronic music that has developed over seven years. His musical roots go back to iconic cities like Detroit and Berlin, which has forged a distinctive, dark, and enveloping sound that captivates his audience with its forcefulness and hypnotism.

His artistry as a DJ goes beyond simply mixing tracks; He immerses himself in creating a musical narrative that intimately connects with the dance floor, weaving a sonic story that captivates and elevates the experience of those who listen to him.

Throughout his career, he has left a mark on various stages, from the legendary FLORIDA 135 in Fraga to intimate electronic music spaces such as LAUT, MOOG and MACARENA in Barcelona, ​​among others. Japan’s finest techno export is back. Since his last release for Token in 2010, Go Hiyama  has graced other heavyweight techno institutions like Stroboscopic Artefacts, Perc Trax &amp; Audio Assault. Now he returns to Token, following Phase’s highly acclaimed ‘Binary Opposition Reprocessed’ earlier this summer.

‘Arc One’ contains 3 tracks, each with a different timbre. ‘Farnsworth House’ focuses on hazy atmospherics over a stomping drum pattern, while ‘Dymaxion Map’ is a more of an instant heavy hitter with punishing percussion.
Go keeps the best for the flip side track. ‘Fallingwater’ builds slowly over a tough yet sophisticated off beat rhythm. Tension grows while the haunting noisy synths lead to a thrilling breakdown, after which it kicks back in ferociously.

Go Hiyama remains one the most interesting techno artists of the last decennium and continues to intrigue by reinventing his sound without losing that recognisable touch. I’m a fan, to say the least.

"Five years ago, Token was born with the release of Inigo Kennedy’s ‘Identify Yourself’. Since then, each of his EP’s has been a milestone in the label’s growth and this new 2-tracker promises to be no different.
Inigo’s style is hard to define. It can be dark, dreamy, fast, slow, hard hitting, industrial, melodic or more, but you always know it’s him. Over the years he developed a unique sonic identity while always enhancing his technical and creative expertise.

Token 24, which has a double a-side, reflects all of this. ‘Spectre’ hits hard yet gloomy. Relentless drums bathing in reverb and a strange synth line create yet another unique IK-piece. 
‘Wonderhorse’ is built on the same foundations but explores a more melodic &amp; psychedelic trajectory.

We know we have kept you waiting for new Kennedy wizardry since last years ‘Revenge’, but this should definitely make up for that." (Kr!z)
