Composed while hiking in Yosemite national park EARTH CALLS features the channeled vocals and chanting (Light Language)from my good friend and incredible sound alchemist Supernova Sarah.

Organic, atmospheric percussion dances over the top of thick, full bed of bass, while Sarah's vocals float hypnotically in the ethers at a slower tempo creating a flowing natural mood that is both danceable and meditative

This set was played in the most magical of settings - a secret location in a redwood grove in Big Sur. What more, this was a special dance party to celebrate two of my dear friends who had just been married the day before.  The entire thing was very improvised, adding that feeling of serendipity and amazement that we were even pulling it off. It is out of this epic cauldron of elements that this beautiful set emerged. 

Huge thanks to Jason and Lizzy for bringing everyone together, and to all the many hands that helped us carry all the sound gear and various things needed to throw this amazing party.

This was my second time playing for one of my most beloved events here in Ubud, Bali - The Dō•Jō Contact Dance at Moksa. ❤️

This space is always super connected and yummy, and attracts the most embodied, mature, dedicated dancers. 🔥

It's been a beautiful and challenging process to create mixes for this space that are much slower and softer than my usual sets, while still bringing my unique essence. 😇

I feel really happy with this mix, though there are a couple awkward transitions and small things my perfectionist mind can critique. Overall, I think it was a really great set, and SUCH a beautiful evening. 💦
