The Quantum formed in 2011 in Binghamton NY and immediately started writing, recording and playing live as much as possible. As of fall 2014, the band has 2 original EPs released, a live album, plans to release a full length studio album, over 300 shows played around the northeast, several festival performances and well over 100 total songs covered.

A huge part of the intent is to keep every show fresh and fun, with themed shows, holiday shows, dance contests, costume contests, trivia ticket giveaways, hand drawn flyer art and more.  Add to that the ever changing setlists, dynamic improvisation, and extremely eclectic style and every Quantum show becomes an event in itself.

Every member of The Quantum has been playing their instruments for well over 10 years, and have shared stages, as The Quantum and individually, with such amazing musicians as Mike Gordon (Phish), Richie Cannata (Billy Joel), Alex Grey, Consider The Source, Shwizz, Solaris, Cosmal, The Fat Peace, and many many more. 

Available for festivals, venues, bars, parties, weddings, etc.
