Avi Shmailov has been dividing his life is for more than a decade already between constant studio work and non-stop touring around the globe. Astrix broke into global consciousness in 2002 with his debut album ‘Eye to Eye’, defining him as a trance music anthems producer. In 2004, he released his second album ‘Artcore’, igniting fire all over the global trance scene and is considered by many as the perfecttrance album. The album’s effect was followed in 2005 by the impressive entry to the world's top 100 DJs list of the famous Dj Magazine, where he took the respectful climb to the 18th position in 2007. His third album ‘Red Means Distortion’ was released in 2010 and since then he continues to release many tracks on various compilations and digital EP’s to delighted fans, who according to his Facebook page are over 900,000 and going on strong

Rebecca Gruber alias Violett Shock (27) was born in Innsbruck (Austria). With an age of 5 she began to play piano and 7 years later drum set until today. Since she was a little child Violett Shock was favourable impressed by DJing and producing. So at the age of 14 she had her first DJ gig. DJ gigs followed in clubs like Studio 21, Club Cubique, Hafen and Plan B in Innsbruck and she also played in citys like Kufstein, Kitzbühel, Landeck, Mayrhofen, St. Johann, Radfeld, Reutte and Westendorf. Violett Shock performed with Dj’s like Pendulum (Ear Storm), Camo&Krooked (Zeitgeist, AT), Pythius (Blackout, NL), Mindscape (Eatbrain, HU), Disaszt (Mainfraim, AT), Body&Soul (Mainfraim, AT), Mind Vortex (Ram Records, UK), Nu Elementz (Sweet Tooth Recs, UK), Blackley (Cre8DnB, UK), Joe Ford (Shogun Audio, UK), Hybrid Minds (Spearhead, UK), Fourward (Shogun Audio, AT), Chris.SU (FATE Recordings, HU), Xilent (AudioPorn Records, PL), Ostblockschlampen (Tiger Records, GE), Black Tiger Sex Machine (Kanibalen Records, CA) and Wax Wreckaz (Top Billin / Mad Decent, AT). 
 
Once a month Violett Shock had her own resident night at Studio 21 and booked DJ`s for this. She also performed for radio “innsbruck electronic” regularly. Now she has her own resident night named “Afterglow” at Club Cubique once a month. She also performed the last 2 years at the Air & Style Festival 2016 and 2017 in Innsbruck.
