Other Properties is the most recent project of Juan Musik. Co-founder of the extinct platform netaudio.es from Barcelona, specialized in netlabels.  Ocassional journalist, he has colaborated with Go Magazine and ScannerFM radio. Also he is the half part of Neukleonen music band where he performs concerts playing keyboards, synthesizers, loops and vocoders.

We are an electronic music duo based in London, formed at the end of 2019.
